It is a little after 8pm. I have just changed out of a pair of blue striped pyjamas back into my regular work clothes.
Earlier tonight I spent 30 minutes in the kids area of the library, dressed in said pyjamas with a 3 foot tall teddy bear reading stories and singing songs with 27 kids who were also dressed in jim jams & accompanied by teddy bears and parents (who were not, for the most part wearing sleeping attire).
We jumped around, laughed, screamed and generally got hyped up. It was great fun.
Do I have the best job in the world?
Quite possibly.
this sounds v cool, isn’t it sweet do be doing something you love and getting paid for it? i feel the same way about my job…
